We were formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. Although there is no restriction or limitation on what industry our target operates in, it is our intention to pursue prospective targets that are focused on the consumer, media and/or technology sectors that leverages D2C engagement as its primary go-to-market channel. We believe our operator-focused approach can be highly complementary to an existing high-growth consumer brand.
