Alp Ates

Alp joined Revelstone Capital in 2018. He supports deal origination and due diligence processes of new investment opportunities at Revelstone.

Alp is also actively involved in value creation initiatives of the platform brands of La Jolla Group, a multi branded retail platform with brands in the active consumer landscape including O’Neill, Hang Ten, Voyager, Spiritual Gangster and PSD Underwear. Alp closely works with the cross-functional teams of O’Neill and PSD Underwear on the execution of the key business priorities in various workstreams including strategy, pricing, omni-channel transformation, operations and business analytics. Alp also supports corporate development initiatives of La Jolla Group’s platform brands. Prior to joining Revelstone Capital, Alp worked on M&A transactions in FMCG, retail and hospitality sectors in Europe.

Alp has an MBA degree from University of California Irvine with a concentration in strategy and corporate finance. Alp also attended business analytics program at Wharton Business School. Alp enjoys camping, hiking, and travelling and he is married with one daughter.
